■ The preceding parameters apply to the standard model. EK provides customized design to meet special requirements.
■ Nominal air return cooling condition: 27°C (dry bulb)/19.5°C (wet bulb). Nominal fresh air cooling condition: 34°C (dry bulb)/28°C (wet bulb). Nominal cooling water inlet/outlet temperature: inlet
7°C; outlet 12°C.
■ Nominal air return heating condition: 21°C (dry bulb). Nominal fresh air heating condition: 0°C (dry bulb). Nominal heating water inlet/outlet temperature: inlet 60°C; outlet 50°C.
■ The unit weight listed in the table is net weight. The operating weight increases by about 20%.
■ The value in brackets in the table indicates the motor power for a unit with 6 rows of coils.
■ The noise values in the preceding table are measured at a distance of 1 m from the unit in a state certified standard semi-anechoic room according to the GBT 9068-1988 standard.
■ If the external total pressure value of the unit used in model selection is large, the air flow will be large, leading to noise and water spray. Therefore, carefully determine the air duct resistance.
■ The coil loop form varies from a full air-return unit to a full fresh air unit. Mark the air inlet condition at purchase. Specify R for a full air-return unit and F for a full fresh air unit. EK provides model
selection software for special requirements. For specific parameters, see the model selection result.

Purifying and sterilizing device (optional)

 

Aluminum filter

 

■ It can filter out large granular dust such as lampblack.
■ The aluminum frame structure reduces the maintenance cost.
■ The precise aluminum mesh structure is easy to install and clean.Electric purifier
■ Using high-voltage static cleaning technology, it effectively eliminates dust, germs,virus, and harmful gases.
■ It provides multiple layers of protection by using multiple levels of filtering.
■ The modular combination design helps determine reasonable configuration according to the air flow.

Photo catalyst ultraviolet lamp for sterilization

■ It effectively prevents germs and moulds on coils and eliminates smells that are thereby generated.
■ The photo catalyst does not suffer change or loss, and lasts long.
■ It can effectively decompose pollutants such as methanol, methylbenzene, and ammonia. It is not toxic or harmful, and does not produce pollution.

 

Wet-film humidifier

 

Clean running water that passes through the electromagnetic valve is sent to a water distributor at the top of the wet film over a water pipe. The water flows downwardly at the surface of the wet film under gravity to wet the surface of the wet film. The water that arrives at the water tray is discharged to the drainage pipe through a bent water drainage pipe. That is, the water is not recycled. When hot air passes through the humid wet film, its humidity increases and its temperature drops. This humidification
process is called isoenthalpic humidification process. During this process, certain water on the wet film is evaporated, which does not consume extra energy. The working principle of wet-film direct
drainage humidifier is shown in the figure on the right.
